From the kitchen of Fern Hurst

 

Ingredients:

12 oz package butterscotch cups

½ lb. (of Papa’s) pecans

6 oz package milk chocolate chips

 

Directions:

Heat in microwave on medium to medium-high for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir once. Stir in pecans. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper. If mixture starts to set up before you are finished, reheat on medium for 1 to 2 minutes.

                Note: 12- 12 oz. packages of Butterscotch chips

                           12 – 6 oz. packages of Milk Chocolate chips

                           6 lbs. Pecans will make approximately 500 candies for Christmas gifts.
