Cheese Puffed Olives

Ingredients:

¼ cup soft margarine

1 cup flour

1 cup grated cheddar or Colby cheese

½ tsp. paprika

1/8 tsp salt

Stuffed green olives (dry on a paper towel

 

Directions:

Cut margarine into flour with a pastry blender. Combine with other ingredients and mix until consistency is like cookie dough. Pull of a wad of dough, flatten and wrap around a drained stuffed green olive. Roll between your hands to form a ball. Place rounded ball on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
