Cornbread Dressing

From the kitchen of: Fern Hurst

 

Ingredients:

1 large pan cooked cornbread

4 stalks of celery chopped

2 large onions, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

Grated carrot for color

Broth from a baked turkey (2-3 cups)

½-1 tsp. Poultry seasoning, to taste

Salt, to taste

 

Directions:

Crumble the cornbread and add celery, onion and eggs. Add broth until all the bread is moistened. Season to taste with poultry seasoning and salt. Bake in greased pan for 30 minutes at 325.
