Grandma Fern Hurst’s Stuffing

From the kitchen of Fern Hurst

Cooking Time: 30 minutes     Preheat oven to: 325-350 

  

Ingredients:

Cook one large pan of cornbread

 4 stocks celery, chopped

 2 small onions, chopped

 2 carrots, diced

 2 eggs

4 cups turkey broth

poultry seasoning

 

Directions:

Crumble cornbread, add celery, onions, carrots, and mix with broth. Add eggs, poultry seasoning and cook in a 325-350 oven for 30 minutes.
