Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 !/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Mix well; add 1/2 cup hot water and microwave until sauce becomes thick, stirring occasionally. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. It's good on bread pudding too. Cover to store in fridge and warm in microwave for 1 minute before serving.
