Mexican Casserole

From the Kitchen of Janet Waller

 

1 ½ lbs. lean ground beef (brown with one medium onion and drain)

1 medium onion

1 can ranch style beans

1 can tomato soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 can corn, drained

1 can diced rotel

Doritos or tortilla chips of your choice

 

Directions:

Throw it all together and pour over crushed chips in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
