Ingredients:
16 slices, 1 lb. thick sliced bacon
1 ½ teaspoons Freshly Ground Pepper
1/3 cup firmly packed light-brown sugar
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare baking sheets (line with parchment paper and place a wire rack on sheet, you will need 2 10x15” baking sheets) or Roasting pan. Spray rack with canola oil cooking spray. Arrange bacon in a single layer on the rack(s). Evenly sprinkle with pepper and sugar.
2. Bake until crisp and browned, rotating sheets if using two pans at a time, halfway through. Bake about 30 to 35 minutes.
