Ingredients:
- 1 large box Jell-O
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 oz can frozen lemonade
- 4 cans water
- 2 tbsp. almond extract
- 46 oz pineapple juice (canned or 12 oz frozen concentrate with 4 cans water)
- 2 liter cold ginger ale
Directions:
Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in hot water. Add frozen lemonade and water. Add almond extract and pineapple juice. Freeze the mixture. Thaw at room temperature 2-3 hours before event. Chop it up with a big metal spoon and put in punch bowl or pitcher; add gingerale and stir together with the big spoon. Should be thick and slushy. Serves 25 people one cup of punch.
