Frozen Punch

Serves: 25

Ingredients:

  • 1 large box Jell-O
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 oz can frozen lemonade
  • 4 cans water
  • 2 tbsp. almond extract
  • 46 oz pineapple juice (canned or 12 oz frozen concentrate with 4 cans water)
  • 2 liter cold ginger ale

Directions:

Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in hot water.  Add frozen lemonade and water.  Add almond extract and pineapple juice.  Freeze the mixture.  Thaw at room temperature 2-3 hours before event.  Chop it up with a big metal spoon and put in punch bowl or pitcher; add gingerale and stir together with the big spoon.  Should be thick and slushy.  Serves 25 people one cup of punch.
