Makes about 2 ½ cups | Prep:10 min
(Double this recipe if you prefer lots of icing)
½ cup butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
3 Tbsp peppermint schnapps
1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar
1 to 2 tbsp. milk
1 4oz finely chopped bittersweet chocolate baking bar
Preparation
1. Beat first 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
2. Gradually add powdered sugar with 1 tbsp milk, beating at low speed until blended and smooth after each addition. Beat in Chocolate Bar. Beat in up to 1 tbsp. additional milk for desired consistency.
