Before you begin, read the entire recipe (not just the ingredients) before you get to the end where it says, and "marinate over night" or "chill for 3 hours" and you have to have dinner on the table in 30 minutes. You also don't want to assume you have all the ingredients because you "think you saw it in the pantry last month". Pull out your ingredients and have them all ready...it's one less mistake to make!
